Effective January 6, 2018, the new public policy access that governs case records in Pennsylvania goes into effect.

To help us understand the guidelines that must be followed in the sensitive area of filing family law cases, Christina O'Brien will review the policies with us.

Preregistration fees must be prepaid at least 24 hours in advance. Those who do not prepay at least 24 hours in advance will be charged the walk-in fee. (WBA Members: $40 per credit hour; Non-Members: $50 per credit hour)
