We have scheduled a meeting with Judges Caruso, McCormick and Marsili for February 24th at 4:00 p.m. at the Bar Association. This meeting was scheduled at Judge Caruso’s request, as he would like to receive our input as to any changes to the local Rules of Civil Procedure that we feel may be appropriate. Everyone is encouraged to attend this meeting and it is specifically requested that you come prepared to discuss any changes, additions or deletions from our local Rules of Civil Procedure. We are very fortunate that our bench actively seeks out our input, let’s take advantage of the opportunity and be prepared to discuss those changes which we feel may be needed.
