 In accordance with
the bylaws of the Westmoreland Bar Foundation, notice is hereby given that the Annual Membership Meeting of the Westmoreland Bar Foundation will be held on Monday, April 5, 2010, at the Greensburg Country Club, Greensburg.
Please note: The Westmoreland Bar Foundation meeting will begin promptly at 4:30 pm and conclude at 5 pm. In accordance with the bylaws of the Westmoreland Bar Association, notice is hereby given that the Annual Membership Meeting of the Westmoreland Bar Association will be held on Monday, April 5, 2010, at the Greensburg Country Club, Greensburg. Please note: The Westmoreland Bar Association meeting will begin promptly at 5 pm and will conclude at 6 pm. A reception will be held from 6 pm to 6:45 pm. Dinner, which is sponsored by USI Affinity, will be served at 6:45 pm. Elections will be held to fill the open positions on the Board of Directors and the Membership and Building Committees. The Nominating Committee has recommended the following members for these positions:  —Vice President (1 Year): David S. DeRose—Director (3 Years): Harry F. Smail, Jr.—Membership Committee (5 Years): DeAnn McCoy—Building Committee (5 Years): John N. Ward
Those WBA members with participating status attending the Annual Meeting of the association on April 5, 2010, will vote “yea” or “nay” to fill these positions. | |||||||||||||||||||||
