This presentation will address the new policies of the Westmoreland County Children's Bureau on visitation for parents, including incarcerated parents. It will also provide information regarding truancy cases, including what constitutes truancy and the current bureau policies on handling such cases. The final segment will address practical tips on navigating Dependency cases.
