The Pro Bono Program of the Westmoreland Bar Foundation provides both free and low fee legal representation to indigent residents of Westmoreland County.  We hope that our new online contact form will provide you with another link to access our services.  Some of the services we offer include custody, divorce, credit issues, landlord/tenant and employment issues.  We are unable to provide representation for criminal cases and any fee generating cases, cases that would result in money for the client or attorney.
