Westmoreland County Civil Rule Change

Per an Order of Court dated August 24, 2011, Westmoreland County Rule of Civil Procedure W1272 is rescinded and new Rule W1272 is adopted, effective 30 days after publication in The Pennsylvania Bulletin.

Judicial Administration Rules Change

Per an Order of Court dated August 18, 2010, Westmoreland County Rule of Judicial Administration WJ510 is adopted and effective 30 days after publication in The Pennsylvania Bulletin.
