Office Hours

Rooms are available during regular office hours on a first-come, first-served basis: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

To ensure the smooth operation of the Association, we ask that visitors not enter the staff areas, kitchen, and print room.

Westmoreland Bar Association members may schedule conference rooms for client meetings at no charge (WBA members are charged for depositions/master's hearings/mediations/arbitrations). The reserving member must be present the full time of the appointment (members may not reserve for non-members in order to avoid paying the rental fee).

A whole day is more than four (4) hours; a half day is up to four (4) hours.

Westmoreland Bar Association Usage Policies for WBA Headquarters

MEMBER USE POLICY

A. During WBA scheduled office hours

Members of the Westmoreland Bar Association shall be able to utilize the conference rooms in our headquarters at no charge, by appointment, on a first-come, first-serve basis for client conferences or meetings.

WBA members are subject to a flat fee of $50.00 per half day session (up to four hours) and $100.00 per day session (more than four hours) for depositions, or $100.00 per half day session (up to four hours) and $200.00 per day session (more than four hours) for master’s hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Members will be sent an invoice that must be paid at least 24 hours in advance of the reserved date. In order to receive a refund for a paid invoice, cancellation must be made at least four (4) business days before the reserved date.

The Westmoreland Bar Association member must be present while the rooms are in use.

The WBA member utilizing the facility, shall have the responsibility of appropriate clean up after usage, restoring the facility to the condition it was in prior to said usage.

Usage by members shall not include for the purposes of any member-sponsored political group, issue-oriented group or gathering, or any fundraising activities not directly related to the Westmoreland Bar Association or Foundation. All usage within our facility is at the discretion of the Westmoreland Bar Association Board and the Board shall have the right to reject any group or potential usage for any reason.

B. After business hours and on weekends

Members of the association shall not be permitted to utilize the facilities after hours or on weekends.

NON-MEMBER USE POLICY

A. During WBA scheduled office hours

Non-members of the Westmoreland Bar Association shall be permitted to utilize the facility on a first-come, first-serve basis for a flat fee of $100.00 per half day session (up to four hours) and $200.00 per day session (more than four hours) or $200.00 per half day session (up to four hours) and $400.00 per day session (more than four hours) for master’s hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Non-members will be sent an invoice that must be paid at least 24 hours in advance of the reserved date. In order to receive a refund for a paid invoice, cancellation must be made at least four (4) business days before the reserved date.

Member usage of the facility shall take priority over any potential usage by a non-member. Non-members cannot make a reservation more than twelve weeks before the requested date.

Non-members and their guests must vacate the premises before the last WBA staff member is scheduled to leave for that day.

Any non-member of the association utilizing the facility shall have the responsibility of appropriate clean up after usage, restoring the facility to the condition it was in prior to said usage.
