In preparation for the upcoming year, we ask that you join a committee or renew your membership in one or more committees—be bold and join a committee you have never served on before! It will only take a moment to review the Committee List to decide what committees would benefit you and your practice. Committee participation allows us to learn from each other as committees discuss new or proposed legislation, recently decided cases and practice tips. Our committee structure is vital to allowing new attorneys and attorneys starting to practice in Westmoreland County to become acquainted with WBA members.

Our committees reorganize each year to renew committee membership and remind us that these committees are the lifeblood of our organization. Please review the list of committees below and check off those committees you wish to join. If you want to continue a membership in a committee, you need to check off that committee as well on the form. The form needs to be returned to the WBA office no later than March 25, 2024. We thank our committee chairs and all committee members for your continued involvement. Please tell your fellow practitioners about your committees! If you have not participated, try out a committee meeting where you will be welcomed and encouraged to return.
