Notice on civil/orphans' court motions

In observance of the holiday and the Courthouse being closed, the Honorable Harry F. Smail, Jr. will not be hearing Civil or Orphans’ Court motions on Friday, November 24, 2023. Motions will instead be heard on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.
