Appointments are available every 10 minutes from 9 am to 1 pm.

The Westmoreland Bar Association, Westmoreland Law Journal, and Lawyer Referral Service are closed on Monday, June 15, 2026, in observance of Flag Day. We will return at 8:30 am on Tuesday, June 16.

The Honorable Harry F. Smail, Jr. will not be hearing Civil or Orphans’ Court motions on Friday, July 10, 2026. Motions will instead be heard on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.

WBA members are invited to join us for a Happy Hour Celebration in honor of Jim Antoniono, the 132nd President of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Jim is the fourth Westmoreland County attorney to hold the office, preceded by Paul Gaither in 1920, H. Reginald Belden, Sr., in 1971, and H. Reginald Belden, Jr., in 2001.

The Happy Hour will be held at Megan's Suite at The Palace Theatre, 21 West Otterman Street, Greensburg, from 4 to 6 pm on Wednesday, June 24. Appetizers and drinks will be served and speeches will be made (short ones, we promise!). Come to offer your congratulations and show your pride in the Westmoreland County legal community.
